Welcome to Adventure Quest Holidays. By accessing our website or booking any travel service with us, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. Once confirmed, we will share your booking details via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

2. Payment Policy

  • An advance payment is required to confirm any tour package.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour.

  • Payments can be made through UPI, bank transfer, or other online payment methods provided by our team.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation:

  • Cancellation 15 days before arrival: Full refund of advance (excluding service charges).

  • Cancellation 7 to 14 days before arrival: 50% refund of advance.

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: No refund.

(These rules can be adjusted according to your business policy.)

4. Changes to Itinerary

Adventure Quest Holidays reserves the right to modify or change the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, or any unavoidable circumstances for the safety and comfort of travelers.

5. Accommodation & Transport

Hotels, houseboats, and transport services are provided as per the selected package. If any listed service is unavailable, similar alternative arrangements will be made.

6. Travel Safety

We take every possible step to ensure guest safety. However, Adventure Quest Holidays is not responsible for delays, accidents, or disruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

7. Responsibilities of Travelers

  • Guests must carry valid government-issued ID proof.

  • Personal belongings are the responsibility of the traveler.

  • Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicles must be paid by the guest.

8. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled tour date without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

9. Website Content

All content, images, text, and logos on this website are the property of Adventure Quest Holidays. Copying or reproducing any material without permission is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

All disputes and legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
